Brothers of the Western Region, 

This is your official call to the 2025 Western Region College Brothers Retreat and Advisors Training! This year’s Retreat will be held in Las Vegas at the Embassy Suites Las Vegas located at 4315 University Center Drive, Las Vegas, NV 89119 on October 2-4, 2025.
 
This year’s theme is “Building New Bridges: Strengthening Brotherhood, Honoring Legacy, Inspiring Leadership,” a call to action for all Alpha men. It reflects our shared commitment to deepening our fraternal bonds, honoring those who paved the way, and empowering the next generation of leaders.
 
The retreat will feature two primary tracks:

• College Brother Track: A dynamic workshop series titled “The Alpha Bridges Blueprint”, focused on career and leadership development, chapter operations, academic achievement, and sustained brotherhood.

• Advisors & Alumni Track: Designed to strengthen mentorship, refine chapter advisement strategies, and reinforce our collective responsibility to support collegiate success.​

All members of the Western Region Leadership Team are expected to be in attendance. Furthermore, each Alumni chapter that advises a College chapter shall have the minimum registration target of the College Advisor or a member of the College Advising team. Each College chapter shall have a minimum registration target of their chapter delegate strength.
