This is your official call to the 2020 Western Region Leadership Academy & College Brothers Retreat!

In service to the health and well being of all brothers as well as their families, this year’s WRLA&CBR will occur virtually via ZOOM. So much has occurred in 2020 and several items were crises no one could have predicted. As a result, the theme for this year’s academy is “Leading Through Crisis” because Alpha’s mission is no less relevant, important or critical. In fact, given recent events, many would suggest that our work as Alpha Men is now more important than ever.
Due to the unusual circumstances of 2020, we will depart from the typical paradigm of registration on a brother by brother basis. However, in order to effectively plan the most engaging and productive time possible, we must facilitate  a registration process that will allow us to understand and plan for expected participation. As a result, the registration for this year’s academy will be on a chapter by chapter basis with a flat fee for alumni chapters and a reduced flat fee for college chapters. This registration fee will allow up to (10) chapter brothers to participate in this year’s academy experience.

All members of the Western Region Leadership Team are expected to be in attendance and their participation will contribute to each chapter’s participation total of (10) brothers.

A collection of themed Friday evening virtual receptions will be held to kick-off this year’s academy and retreat. Additional details on these opportunity will follow.

 

REGISTRATION:

Using the link below, a chapters representative should pay the flat fee and indicate the first name, last name and Alpha ID of up to (10) chapter brothers who will participate in this year’s Leadership Academy & College Brothers Retreat via SQUARE.

CANCELLATION / REFUND / TRANSFER POLICY :

No refunds will be honored directly through SQUARE. However refunds or cancellations may be honored by the Western Region on a case by case basis. All refunds or cancellations require a written and signed request from the purchaser sent directly to the Western Region Financial Secretary (finsec@alphawest.org). All requests for cancellations or refunds must be EMAILED AND RECIEVED NO LATER THAN September 25th, 2020. A 25% administrative fee will be applied to all cancellations or refunds. Transfers of registration will be entertained until September 25th, 2020 but the original purchaser will be responsible for communicating any such changes to the Western Region Financial Secretary (finsec@alphawest.org) by no later than September 25th.  Any changes or requests for registrant transfers following September 25th will not be honored.
